本机利用聚丙烯、聚乙烯在熔融状态下所具有的胶粘性能,将纸或彩印BOPP薄膜与编织袋压力粘合,经切断、缝合,制成纸塑或彩印膜复合包装袋。
性能及特点:
1) 采用自动恒温控制熔融温度;
2) 采用双模头可单面或双面涂复,具有涂塑、纸塑或OPP复合等多种功能;
3) 采用无级调速调整涂层厚度和复合速度;
4) 基材放送采用光电纠偏,确保涂复合精度;
5) 可选装配自动切边、吹边、计数、打孔、折边、冷切断和卷收等装置;
